*Pancoasts tumor* Apical lung cancers in the superior pulmonary sulcus which invade neural structures around the
trachea, including the cervical sympathetic plexus, leading to severe pain in distribution of the ulnar
nerve and Horner’s syndrome on same side of the lesion.
