239. Weaver syndrome

Congenital disorder associated with rapid growth beginning in the prenatal period, unusual

craniofacial appearance, hoarse and low-pitched cry, and hypertonia with camptodactyly.
Occasionally has mutations in NSD1 (which is same mutation in Sotos syndrome).
