*Hoffman's syndrome*
In hypothyroidism, diffuse muscle hypertrophy, accompanied by stiffness, weakness, painful
muscle cramps, associated with elevated muscle enzymes.
Similar condition in children is known as Kocher Debre Semeiaigne syndrome.
